HRMS Location Access

Insura collects location data in the HRMS module to verify employee attendance, punch-in, punch-out, travel activity, field visits, and work-location compliance.

Location may be collected for attendance tracking and field or sales employee travel-location verification, including when the application is closed or not actively in use, where the relevant HRMS feature requires it.

This information is used only for attendance, travel tracking, field-visit verification, and employee work-location validation. It is not used for advertising and is not sold.
